Comments on Hunter's group (Group A)
1. for a time-constrained presentation like this, please cut to the chase, and do not beat around the bush.
2. after sending your greeting and introducing your group to me, tell me the outline of your presentation, and have it focused on the topic of your presentation -- how to prepare a negoitiation.
3. as I noticed, you followed the 6-step procedure of negotiation preparation, which I covered two weeks ago. Nevertheless, you failed to tell me (your classmates) how to apply the model to the real case -- negotiate a pay raise with your boss.
4. "learning from children" means that you may learn negoitating skills (attitudes) from children because they know their parents very well -- their needs, interests, fears, concerns...
5. the "variables" in this case can be:
a. salary
b. working hours (schedule)
c. side benefits
d. annual bonus
e. company vehicle or gas allowance
f. company parking space
g.
6. tell me how to collect information about your boss' positions and hidden interests on your request for a pay-raise.
7. should have used "work harder" rather than "work more hard"

I think this will be a good example for me about what a planning is. Before we want to do something we should draw a blue-printed planning systematically. An outstanding observation is one of the important elements. It is the most important to claim about “driving force”. Sometimes you still need somebody to support your actions although you will imagine that just your own business. However, the power of us is limitation; you should rely on other resources for getting success. Unfortunately, the report result of this time not cutting in core meaning you want. But that would be a preciously experience from failure. Equally important is the fact that it practices using the guns before the battle. Finally, thank you for giving once opportune to show our best.

Dear Julia:
Nice to see your reflections on this presentation:
1. It always takes more time for your preparation of a negotiation than the negotiation itself -- the same principle can be applied to other matters in your life.
2. Obviously, you did not get enough support from other members in your group when preparing that "homework." However, it is exactly a good opportunity for you to practice your negotiating skills.
3. Please note the following:
a. "...this was (is) a good example for me..."
(WATCH THE TENSE YOU USE!)
b. "...draw a blueprint..."
c. "...you imagine (that) it is your own business (duty)."
d. "However, our personal power is always limited; instead, you should seek other resources to support your success."
e. "...the report of last week turned out not to meet your expectations."
f. "...has been a precious learning experience for all of us.
(WATCH THE TENSE YOU USE!)
g. "...you practice using the gun before you go to a battle."
h. "...thank you for giving us one more opportunity to..."
