1. New Communication method is a basic formula for new communication approaches which includes 5 steps:asking questions, taking notes, pause and read back, never to interrupt and watch your words when you disagree to (never say NO & WRONG).
2. I think this new method can use at small negotiation table which includes no more than 4 people.

Yes, you're quite right about it. However, before we start to negotiate formally, there is usually some informal meetings, parties or chattings, and you can use these opportunities applying the method to preparing yourself well.

Yes, you have got the point that how to listen comes as the first thing we should re-learn before we get into "negotiation."
